Telesales*Sales Professionals - Colchester, Essex
Telesales and Sales professionals required by leading software company. Working with an elite team of IT professionals who can help you grow your knowledge and expand your horizons. You will enjoy continual training in cutting edge technology, software and business processes. You will be expected to provide a fast and efficient service to prospects who enquire about the company`s software and services. Excite prospects who enquire about the software with your enthusiasm and knowledge. Ensure all sales enquiries receive relevant literature the next working day. Ensure all sales enquiries are passed to resellers the same day that you qualify the prospects interest .You will have at least two years experience in a professional sales environment or possibly a customer service environment where you have proactively helped customers. You must have a working knowledge of business processes, preferably with accounts software or some form of transactional database You must be very competent using a computer and it is desirable that you touch type. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your experience with a rapidly expanding organisation. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
